How do you learn to drink tea?

I need to drink this tea for my health, but can’t stand the taste of tea. Is there anyway to learn to like tea? I love chai.

Maybe you just haven’t found the right tea for you!

Try http://www.customleaf.com. On this site I found, you get to make up your own tea. You pick the base tea (green, black, white, rooibos, honeybush or yerba mate) and then add stuff to it. (Herbs, flowers, fruits, flavors)

That might be a good start for you. As for Chai, its actually a blend of many many things. There isn’t a alot of tea in actually! Also, its base is black tea..white green, honeybush, and rooibos tea is MUCH better for you.

If your not a big fan of regular tea, try Rooibos or Honeybush. They taste better and are equally good for you.

I think tea is an acquired taste. I learned to drink it as Ice Tea with sugar and lemon and now drink hot ‘white tea’ with nothing! I love it. If you add a little sugar and cream is might help. Gradually wean yourself off the sugar and cream and enjoy HOT TEA along, it is very healthy.

I love tea, but I have to have lots of sugar or honey in it and milk! I love English Tea the best, it’s what I grew up on. I like Earl Grey too, it’s kinda flowery tasting! I put 2 cubes of sugar and 1 tsp. of honey in my tea…but it is a fairly large mug. My husband hated tea, until I got him to try the English Tea (Bigelow is the brand), He now loves tea! Try adding different amounts of honey and sugar and maybe some milk to it…it may make a big difference!

you can start by choosing fruity flavored teas or even by putting sugar and milk in it. You just need to figure out what you think would make the tea taste better to you, and start from there.
