I don't know about using any tea items , but there is a low-fat recipe that is easy and really good.

Ingredients:

Chicken
Celery
Carrots
Potatoes
Onion
Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Paprika
Aluminum Foil

Take the chicken and wash it off, removing any fat from the chicken. Place the chicken in a 9 x 13" pan with a small amount of water in the bottom of it.

Next cut up your vegetables and place them liberally around the chicken and then open up the Lipton Onion Soup Mix and scramble that all over the veggies and chicken.

Put water in the empty envelope from the soup mix and pour it over the chicken and veggies. (If you use both packets, then use 2 envelopes of water).

Next, put paprika all over the top, including the chicken, veggies and everything. Don't be afraid to use the paprika.

Cover with foil and cool in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for one (1) hour covered

After one hour being covered, take off cover and continue to cook another 30 - 45 minutes.

Remove from oven when top looks slightly browned.

Let stand for about 5 minutes before serving.

Can be served as is.....all veggies are edible

ENJOY!!

Yes you can. Type in :chicken tea and search the web. I just did and found many recipes that use tea when making chicken dishes. I think I will try that too.
