Is expensive green tea that much better than the green tea you can buy at the local store?
I am a tea drinker and I buy the cheap stuff at the local store. I have heard that buying the premium tea leaves from an online store gives more health benefits, however it does cost a lot more.

Sometimes you get what you pay for, and green tea is one of those times. Trader Joe’s has the best in my opinion.
upton tea has really good prices so you can still get great tea without paying a fortune. i tried buying some tea from a local place and it was soo awful. i’m only buying from upton tea from now on.
