I know most green tea are just like sugar with tiny traces of real tea inside it and sell for the same price and way soda does like Lipton. What’s a real green tea you can buy in a store like farm fresh or Harris Teeter. And do those small packets for 40 cents each that claim add to water for real tea work?
I already drank half a gallon of it and I was wondering will ginseng do anything bad to me drinking this much tea? I don’t know how much ginseng is in the tea though, but just curious before I down the other half.
if you’re trying to lose some fat? By the way, caffeine has, like, no impact on my so that won’t affect me if i drink it at night.
So is it better to drink it after breakfast or after dinner? Or both?

Every time I drink herbal peppermint tea, which is naturally caffiene free, I notice a distinct increase in energy creating a somewhat "gidy" sensation throught the body. Does this occur to anyone else?
and i need to use what’s in the house i have lemons oranges and sugar and tea bags. i always make it but sometimes it always seems sour and i don’t know how to get it not to do that.
