I know that the theanine blunts the caffeine effect, but it’s still caffeine. I drink about 10 cups of green tea a day from morning to night. Is that too much?
I have been making my own freshly brewed ice tea and sometimes it becomes cloudy looking. What is going on and how can I avoid this? It tastes OK, just does not look too pretty.
Did not shake, just made it yesterday and been in frig. Thanks for recipe but can not have sugar in it.
When I went to China, we went to this mountain that produces a lot of the tea today and we had this tea tasting thing. I vaguely remember them saying that as one reuses the tea leaves, the tea gets better and better. Is this true and what is the reason it tastes better after the first brew?
I just started drinking tea in general, and I cannot tell if I don’t like green tea, or if I have only bought a lousy brand. I bought the Celestial Seasonings. Would you please suggest some others?
I like drinking tea a lot and I use tea bags. Also, I use the microwave to heat up my water for the tea. However, my tea doesn’t taste as strong as I would like it to taste. I don’t think anything is wrong with my tea. Perhaps I am not preparing it correctly. If anyone makes tea using the microwave then I would like to know how you make it taste strong and flavorful. Thanks!
