Someone told me that loose tea is better than tea bags, is this true?
I love unsweetened iced tea, it’s best at places like The Outback Steakhouse and Applebee’s. I want to brew my own, but I’ve never done it before.
Do you just buy black tea bags, put a bunch in a glass container and then pour boiling water over them and let it seep? How long would you let it seep for before taking them out? And then you just keep it refrigerated, how long does it last before going rancid?

I am a tea drinker and I buy the cheap stuff at the local store. I have heard that buying the premium tea leaves from an online store gives more health benefits, however it does cost a lot more.
I am looking for low fat ways to add flavor to protein. Is there any tea that people cook with? I want to make soup and chicken dishes. Any one have any ideas?
thank you free that sounds so good. I will try that one.
My dad was telling me how to make tea using tea bags in a coffee maker, and I wasn’t paying attention, so now I am wondering how I do it. Please help. They are Lipton Green Tea Bags.
