I just started brewing my own tea, and I’m unsure of what to do in between steeps. I don’t want to throw the leaves away, but I’m not really sure how to store them. Should I just leave them in the strainer? Or put them in a plastic bag? Or something completely different? Thanks in advance!
I have Wissotzky tea bags, and a 2 quart pitcher, do you know how many tea bags I should put in, and how much sugar, that serves 2 quarts.

It’s not green tea. And it’s not a honey tea. Can any of you out there with "restaurant experience" make some suggestions as to what flavor the tea is at these restaurants?
I love the lipton green tea citrus taste but I’m not too fond of normal green tea, cause the tea taste. How can I make my tea taste more citrus without adding calories?
