As it takes on the flavor of the tea, should you only use one kind of tea (like greens, blacks- and pick one) or are you supposed to use only one tea or blend, for example a single green tea or a single black tea? Thank you.
I like the health benefits of green tea, but I’ve never really liked the taste of tea. I’m willing to try it again though, but I’d like to know a brand of green tea that is a good one that you think non-tea lovers will enjoy.
I’d like a variety of different teas for all tastes but I have no idea where to even start. We’re in England so where can I get some loose leaf tea, I don’t want to just stick a tea bag in a mug.
I like to drink chamomile tea almost every night, my brother told me once that too much tea isn’t good for you, how true is this? Should I cut down on the tea?
I bought some whole ginseng root in the Korean Supermarket today. I want to make a tea with it to use as a coffee substitute but I never made this type of tea before.
How much ginseng should I use to make a cup of tea? How long should I boil the water with the ginseng in it? Is it ok to drink this tea at night too or should I only have it in the morning?
