What is the difference between green tea as to say black tea or others?

I’ve read that green tea is good for losing weight, true or not? I like sweet iced tea does it compare at all with green tea. My husband bought me a small bottle, its the light kind I guess like diet, haven’t tried it yet but would prefer regular green tea I think. Is it sweetened like you make regular ice tea?? Thanks for any help!

Does anyone know how to make Thai iced tea and where I could go buy the tea? I live in an area where all the restaurants serve it and there are tons and tons of Asian shops around but I haven’t been able to find the actual tea.

Any tips or recipes would be great! Thanks in advance!

How many grams of sugar are in my sweet tea?

I make sweet tea at home and was wondering how the sugar content of my tea compares to a coke or something. I use two cups of sugar to make one gallon of sweet tea and an average serving size for me is like two cups. Also is there more caffine in my serving of my sweet tea or a can of coke? I use three Lipton Family Size tea bags for each gallon.

Hot or iced?
Green, red, white or black teas?
I must add here if you had not had the RED tea and like your tea sweetened with honey, Red is for you. It is grown in Africa and has a natural sweeter in it.

Where can I find good green tea for a good price to buy on the internet in the UK?

Please note I live in the UK and I do not want the obvious choice like twinnings, clipper or jacksons. I have tried tea pigs and they cool but on the pricey side any ideas.
