also does it really matter if you drink organic green tea or non-organic green tea? I don’t see the difference here. Tea is tea which comes from leaves. Then what do they mean by "organic" green tea? How is it different?
I tried to make some the other day and it was horrible!! It had a very bitter taste! All i did was brew a cup of tea as normal, put it in the fridge until it was really cold, then added sugar and it STILL tasted like crap! Can someone please tell me how to do it properly?

I am trying to stay healthy and I know that Hot tea is healthy by itself but what can I add to it for flavor that will make it taste better that won’t make it super unhealthy/caloric?? I’m just using water and Lipton tea bags.
I drink iced tea all of the time.. it’s my favorite beverage in the world. But I decided to go for lipton’s hot tea, you know.. brewing it with the bag and everything instead of pouring powder into a cup. I found the hot tea to be completely disgusting, it was just gross for me. Why do they taste so different?
