I’m really wondering about the health effects and would they diminish if i drink the Green Tea on an empty stomach?
I’m having a number of my lady friends over for Holiday Tea. What kind of tea should I serve?
She gave me a great bottle of wine & I know she loves afternoon tea. Or should I just give her a bottle of another great wine?
I have 2 mugs of tea everyday. 1 in the morning, the other in the afternoon. Most of the time I have 1 teaspoon of sugar, others no sugar. Does the sugar matter that much?
