I really don’t like the taste of green tea, but I want to drink it because it is healthy. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to make it taste sweeter without losing nutrients or adding too much sugar?
And also, is cold green tea sold by the pint in grocery stores any less healthy than green tea brewed and chilled at home?
I absolutely lovvvvve tea. I want to know everything there is about tea. Yes I’ve read Wikipedia, but I’m looking for a more concise explanation of the origins and distinctions of tea. There has to be some book that describes the history and differences and everything else about various teas. Thanks in advance!
Please help my tea is horrible. Any ideas on good ice tea I would love it.
Also, how many cups of water and sugar would I need to make the simple syrup?
P.S. I usually use about 1 1/2 to 2 cups of granulated sugar to sweet 1 gallon of iced tea.
