Coffee, green tea and regular tea make me really full, even when I only have a small breakfast. I cant eat for 5 hours or more after I’ve had a cup, which isnt very healthy because sometimes I end up skipping meals.
I drink 2 glasses of water as soon as I get out of bed before I do anything could that be it?
I recently got a huge set of Timothy’s Green Tea Chai (single cup tea bags) in all of these nice fall flavors. I’ve tried a few and every time it tastes bitter. How can I prevent this?
I do not bring it to a rolling boil or use milk.
But I have tried to use both honey and sugar, but neither helps. /:
I always feel nervous and overwhelming when drinking milk tea but not coffee so I suspect that caffeine may have a effect on that.
What is your technique? Milk first? Water? Amount of Sugar? How do you stir it? What is the best way to make the perfect cup of tea?
My fridge is broke and I was trying to make some iced tea. It’s just black tea no sugar and a big batch of it.
